Ideal Builders has chosen to build their Renaissance Pointe homes over a crawl space. If you would prefer a basement, that's no problem! Ideal Builders offers both finished and unfinished basements as upgrade options in their Renaissance Pointe homes.

Unfinished Basement - $20.50 per square foot

• 9’-0” tall x 8” thick perimeter concrete walls
• Studded & insulated perimeter walls per code
• Posts and beams as needed for floor joist support
• Sump Pit w/ pump Sewage Ejection Pit (Pit only)
• Mechanical area for HVAC (Electrical panel in garage)
• Basic lighting on 1 switch & GFCI protected outlets per code (aprox. 4 outlets and 4 porcelain base lights)

Finished Basement - $39.00 per square foot

• 9’-0” tall x 8” thick perimeter concrete walls
• Main area of basement open with finished support posts.
  Studded & insulated perimeter walls per code - Finsihed
  Posts and beams as needed for floor joist support - Finished
• Sump Pit w/ pump Sewage Ejection Pit (Pit only)
• Unfinished HVAC area partitioned off from finished area
• Basic lighting on 1 switch & GFCI protected outlets per code (aprox. 4 outlets and 4 porcelain base lights)
• Bottom of stairs open railing.
• 1-2 Partitioned storage rooms with doors, NO closets.
• 1 full bath (Tub-Shower, stool, 30” vanity).
